Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 July 2026This policy explains what information Kidosia collects when you use this website — mainly through our enquiry, admission and “2-Minute Brain Test” forms — how we use it, and the choices you have. Because we work with children, we take extra care with any information about a child.

What we collect
When you fill in one of our forms, we may collect: the parent/guardian's name and WhatsApp number; the child's name, age or date of birth; the programme you're interested in; and, on the full admission form, your address, the child's school/class and any health note you choose to share so we can care for your child safely. We do not ask for Aadhaar or any payment/card details on this website.
Why we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a free demo class, complete admission, and contact you (usually by WhatsApp or phone) about your child's classes. We do not use it for automated decisions.
Children's data & parental consent
Our forms are meant to be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By submitting a form you confirm you are the parent/guardian and consent to Kidosia processing the information for the purposes above, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Marketing or photo/video use of your child is always optional and never required to enrol.
Where it's stored & who can see it
Form submissions are saved to a private Google Sheet accessible only to Kidosia. We use Google (Workspace) as our processor for this. We never sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties except where needed to run these services or if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and admission information only as long as needed to serve you and to keep our own records, and we remove it on request.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you or your child, or withdraw consent, at any time. Just message us at hello@kidosia.com or +91 87505 87818 and we'll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the “last updated” date above.
